I think due to new developments the passage marked red in the Image below needs to be different. Because MVD are for software vendor and IDS is for end-user, that's what i understood.

Indeed it will need to be changed. We're keeping up with the changes, and the previous tool BIMTester will slowly evolve into something else entirely and the primary user-facing model checking environment would now be IfcTester.
