   Is this the official source of the latest code for ifcopenshell?

   No, that one is ancient. This is the one to use: https://pypi.org/project/ifcopenshell/ - updated once a month. Official docs: https://blenderbim.org/docs-python/ifcopenshell-python/installation.html#pypi (note we only got access to the "ifcopenshell" name a few days ago, so this is a recent change and I'm just regenerating the docs now)
