[BlenderBIM] Unable to load or create an IFC on Blender 3.4.1 with the latest versions

   Hi all,

   I have this error :

   I tried with the last two unstable versions blenderbim-230103 and 221230 on Blender 3.4.1

   Can anyone advise me please?
