I am wondering if you know of a way to divide a mass model of a building into zones according to ASHRAE 90.1 in Blender? I know that Honeybee could solve this but I have not been able to do this in Blender, only grasshopper.

Right now only VI-Suite can do energy analysis in Blender. Not sure if it can do what you want.
