BlenderBIM : bug on Extend IfcBeam

Hi,

Just signal this bug on Extend an IfcBeam with the BIM Tool on blenderbim-230126-py310-win

It works on blenderbim-230125-py310-win

Also other bug :

When duplicating an IfcBeam and editing the Construction Type :

on blenderbim-230125 : it changes the original IfcBeam rather than the selected one :

on blenderbim-230126 : nothing is updated

I think the following fixed the beam extend bug

The second bug is now fixed: https://github.com/IfcOpenShell/IfcOpenShell/commit/207093fe99a1c918caaf659d96cbb24197722947

Unfortunately there are almost zero QA tests for the modeling system since it is relatively new and rapidly prototyped and started off as some visual experiments. So that means that we embarrassingly miss major regressions like this. I've started adding some tests to it so hopefully it'll mature a bit more.
