Adding the IfcPreDefinedPropertySet, IfcDoorPanelProperties to IfcDoorType

   In BB, anyone know how to add these psets to an IfcDoorType?

   In this file, I can see the Door Lining Properties are inherited, presumably from the type (style), but when you go to the type (style)., it doesn't show them.
