BlenderBIM Add-on // Install Error

   Dear BlenderBIM community,

   a quick search in the forum led to no success.

   Just recently I stumbled across the BlenderBIM and was hooked. For the past years I've been using Blender as a hobbyist 3d-artist besides my civil engineering job (road and infrastructure projects in Germany). BIM is in everyones mouth and I'd love to see if I can use my Blender skills as an advantage here.

   Sadly during the install process I'm confronted with an error I attached as a screenshot. Any advice here?

   System: MacBook Air M2, Blender 3.4.1 (ARM) and BlenderBIM "blenderbim-230506-py310-macosm1.zip" file.

   

   Greatly appreciate any help!

   Are there some other errors prior to that?

   Can you please check system console for other errors? To show console on Mac you need to start Blender from terminal with something like "/Applications/Blender 3.4.app/Contents/MacOS/Blender" -con

   Somehow starting Blender from the terminal (or the fact that I restarted my Mac) solved the problem and the installation process went through.
