Hi All,
What would be the best choice of ifc class for hardwares for doors. These hardwares will include hinges, locks, handles, knobs, stoppers. IfcSystemFurnitureElement seems to be the closest, but I am not sure. Also, is it possible to have these hardware as IfcElementType and aggregate to an`IfcDoorType' ; thats nesting of type elements.
