[IFC] Does IfcSite, IfcBuilding etc need an ObjectPlacement?

   For Example in IfcSite the ObjectPlacement is optional but in the Description stands: "An object placement must be provided if a representation is present."

   However most of the time IfcSite, IfcBuilding etc don't have a representation itself, so therefore i don't need to give a ObjectPlacement, right?

   Technically no, but it is highly recommended as other objects are placed relative to their spatial container. See 4.8.4.3 Product Local Placement
