Problem with CSS

   Below are (2) relatively identical drawings.

   The first one was created with 0.0.230719 and the later one was created with the latest commit. Files attached.

   Why cannot I not get the blue background to show in the later one?

   I used Calculate Shapely Surfaces for both.

   I guess it's not a problem with CSS, but more that a 'fill' surface wasn't generated in the svg creation.
