BIMTester

I've started a page for BIMTester as implemented by BlenderBIM Add-on

    https://wiki.osarch.org/index.php?title=BIMTester

(should the BlenderBIM implementation have a seperate page from BIMTester?)

From the forum I collected some notes as much as I could make sense of them.

I'm hoping @bernd and @Moult can help me out a bit with that page, I'm pretty confused.

Heres what I want to check:

The Parameter IfcFireRating for all occurances of IfcDoor must contain either "EI 30 A2-s1,d0,", "EI 60 A2-s1,d0" or "No Fire Rating"

... is that what a MicroMVD is for? How do I format it and how do I handle it and reports in the BlenderBIM Add-on UI?

The BlenderBIM Add-on simply provides a GUI for BIMTester - it functions independently of Blender.

Yep - that's exactly what a MicroMVD is for. Hopefully the page on "Using MicroMVDs for exchange requirements" give a little bit of an intro, though it doesn't talk much about how to write your own MVDs. I'm happy to give a talk about MicroMVDs - perhaps in the next OSArch meetup, or separately?

this is what I need too. I would like to check if all occurances of a ifc_class has specified attributes. See https://community.osarch.org/discussion/comment/2208/#Comment_2208 But MicroMVD check for a certain guid.
