Representation - Wrong View

   Nearly worked! The representation is now correct after rotating the local axis. But now the drawing shows a circle inside of the traced representation....very odd https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xtpIr5GgYo514kys1cOYhcpECjfUjaop/view?usp=sharing

   Contexts still confuse me a little, but I 'think' that is working as intended.

   That is, if you do Plan/Annotation/PLAN_VIEW it will 'add' representation to the Model/Body/Model_View. Conceptually, it's adding annotation on top of the model.

   If you want it to 'swap it out' completely, I think you have to do 'Plan/Body/PLAN_VIEW' or 'Model/Body/PLAN_VIEW'.
