This may be useful for presentations with diagrams - using path effects in inkscape you can bind a rectangle to a text object so it dynamically resizes as you type.

1. Create text

2. Create rectangle

3. Add ~path effects~ to rectangle:

   1. Corners (to round them)

   2. Bounding Box (copy text to clipboard and link it)

   3. Offset
