I'd like to share a free data converter from IFC format allows to get structured tabular data from one or at once hundreds of projects (file is in the attachment below the post).

@Moult thanks. To me, the openBIM topic is spam because it is officially a Graphisoft and Trimble marketing campaign from 2012. Marketing = spam.

I believe that OsArch community is worthy of more than IFC and the marketing concept of openBIM - which are managed by CAD vendors. If the goal is to build really independent applications, then it is necessary to decouple IFC from CAD - buildingSMART. Meanwhile, everything that is done in the direction of working on the marketing concept of Graphisoft - openBIM - is aimed mostly at increasing the use of tools from CAD vendors, where BIM startups are like small fish that swim around a big whale.
