BlenderBIM : How to export spreadsheet in BlenderBIM

  1. S

    Hi . I don't understand, please help me.

    I am trying out the Spreadsheet output feature of BlenderBIM. I am learning a lot by watching the video of the creator, Dion , but I am having trouble getting the output with the building floor filter.

    For example, how do I output only the "2FL" wall?

    @SouIchimiya like this:

    First select Class from dropdown menù, write IfcWall and press add filter.

    Secondo select Location from dropdown menù, write 2FL and press add filter.

    Press Search and see if it is ok.

    Save the search and then you can use that search with "Spreadsheet import/export" and export the result to csv

    Hi @Massimo

    First select Class from dropdown menù, write IfcWall and press add filter.

    Second select Location from dropdown menù, write 2FL and press add filter.

    how to select IfcSpace based on their IfcStorey?

    as I posted in a different discussion, how to find the aggregator of a space element? (In my simple case is My Storey)

    thanks

    @steverugi well, good question, in this case location doesn't work because it works only with container relationships (physical objects)... i'll try to do that and if i find something i'll tell you

    Thank you @Massimo

    In the "search group" I was able to select the objects I wanted in the way you showed me, but when I output the CSV file, nothing shows up.

    @SouIchimiya you have to save the search and then reload the search in the Spreadsheet import/Export subpanel

    @Massimo

    I was able to do it! I did not save the search.

    Thank you for your help!
