Live chat on IRC or Matrix

I wonder if there is any place for conversation in the forum in a social network or telegram, or integrate one live chat into the forum... would be interesting conversations

If you prefer Matrix to IRC, you can join via bridge.

Maybe additionally could be mount to the forum directly, like a telegram group.

I found the blender live chat, there a lot of people ask for help or post request for suggestion and is nice and easy ask questions without being ashamed.

I have another request... (because http://webchat.freenode.net/##architect looks like was done just for developers or admins or mods) ... and is create a live chat in... for example ... Discord or similars, but for normal users, I still think this is a good because when some one want to migrate since a privative software is need create post and those post could be considerate as not too relevant, or spam in the worse case. please considerate create a live chat for normal users.

something like : "webchat.freenode.net/##osarch-general" and publish in the front page.
