Installation. Blender bim doesn't appear on Add-ons List after installing

   Hi,

   I'm running Blender 4.1 on windows and have downloaded the latest addon

   blenderbim-240602-py311-win.zip.

   After Edit/Preferences/Add-ons/Install Add-on it seems to do something (I get the "wheel of death" for a short time). But Blender BIM doesn't appear on the list of add-ons (enabled or otherwise). I've refreshed the window and even restarted blender.

   Did you have a previous version of BlenderBIM installed? If so, did you follow the specified removal procedure?
