I've been trawling Bonsai left and right to find a way to create an IfcSpatialZone to aggregate IfcSpace
so far I noticed the one under Services and Systems which allows to create one and assign/unassign them to it
any help on how to use it (if possible) in Bonsai pretty please?
thanks

I think that IfcSpatialZone has the same problem as IfcGroup, they are non-hierarchical. I think IfcSpace belongs to IfcSpatialStructureElement that is hierarchical maybe. This concepts are too difficoult for me, it is better to ask to the the big boss!

I think I found it but need to use the 4.2 0.8.0 at the office tomorrow to confirm it, on 4.1 I created a void and assign it through this

nope, I was after IfcZone to collect IfcSpace together, not IfcSpatialZone, hopefully someone here will give me some advice on the subject
UPDATE
the only chance apparently is to use IfcSystem (doesn't make much sense to me but I might have missed some important detail here)
