Moving one IfcSpatialElement inside another?

   Dumb question, how do i put '2nd Floor' inside 'My Building'?...

   In select the 2nd Floor, then in the Aggregates panel change the aggregate.

   My goodness, the UI design here is really, really bad :(

   Can't wait for the new tree view to be availabe to the python API. https://developer.blender.org/docs/features/interface/views/tree_views/
