I couldn't find it, so here's another one...
It uses this plugin to scale, although you can scale manually as well.

just download the target_scaling.py
to your blender folder...
on Windows, my location is ...AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\4.2\scripts\addons
you might have to enable it, via preferences.
