Pile Tool

   I think this is a bug, but I want to check here before posting an issue.

   The Tool restricts to creating a pile running axially on the XY plane, where I expect a pile's axis to be in the Z direction (sometimes angled but near vertical)

   As in, it was a bug and its already fixed :)

   wow, try that with autodesk :)
