trying to spread the use of BlenderBIM here in Brazil. in this video I show a simple AddOn that I did using the selector class of IfcOpenShell. I intend to make several videos in Portuguese showing how the tool can help the workflow in OpenBIM

The YouTube auto-translation to English looks a little suspicious, but great video!
@c4rlosdias is that something we should have here: https://wiki.osarch.org/index.php?title=Category:Blender_Add-on
@c4rlosdias that's great. Good to see more Brazilians around. I started to write about Blender for architecture in Portuguese: https://brunoperdigao-arq.medium.com/como-o-blender-pode-ser-%C3%BAtil-para-projetos-de-arquitetura-e525989728cb
Initially I am focusing on Blender general use, but I am planning on teaching OpenBIM soon, and your add-on seems great for that.
@bruno_perdigao ,what a great! Very cool your article! few know the use of this tool for BIM here in Brazil! we can work together on this dissemination!
@bruno_perdigao by the way if you are using Blender to each OpenBIM, a not so obvious feature is the IFC inspector at the very bottom of the scene properties which allows you to dive into the IFC SPF entities. I'd recommend it :)
@Moult Yes, I saw it in one of your videos and I hope I can play with it in the next days.
I need some help. How many countries can be covered using Spanish content? How far from Spanish are the south american 'variations'? What about Portuguese?
Brazil is the only country in South America that speaks Portuguese. and yes, Portuguese is different from Spanish!
