BlenderBIM: opening a metric file and saving it as an imperial IFC

   It's doesn't seem that it's possible yet, to open a metric file, and save it as an imperial file yet. Is that true? or is there a sneaky way to do this?

   If not, is this in the roadmap?

   It was not possible, but thanks to the discussion here I've now come up with an IfcPatch recipe that seems to work: https://github.com/IfcOpenShell/IfcOpenShell/commit/3224c4fc77b0a012edd88a6ecb78db6b9a8fabd4

   You can try it in the Blender UI by selecting the `ConvertLengthUnit" recipe. You can specify the desired destination length unit as "FEET" or "INCHES" or "METERS", "MILLIMETERS", etc.

   Could the same be used if you accidently set meters for the ifcproject but had second thoughts and want to convert to milimeters?
