Testing IFC Library

   Imported an IFC file (based on imperial units (inch))

   Opened an IFC file as library (based on metric units (metre))

   Appended a column type from library: Structural Column 900X900

   Add a blender cube object, assign class: IfcColumn

   Assign imported column type

   -> Column dimensions are set to 900"X900" instead of 900mmX900mm

   It works fine if blender units are set to milimeters before importing the library
