Curve expression in IFC

   I know that the entity representing the curve is IfcTrimmedCurve, and I found that it will reference the information of IfcCircle. So my guess is: in IFC (especially the 2X3 version), can only "arc lines" be used to represent curves?

   Also specifically for infrastructure there are alignment curves.
