   ICC Off-Site and Modular Construction Standards

   Came across this, does anybody know anything about this ?

   Relation to buildingSmart?

   At a glance it looks like a specialisation, not related to buildingSMART. Just like there are bodies that do things like work out BIM LODs, QTO, Classification systems, etc, this is just another.
