Blender: easy way to install a working branch

  1. T

Dumb question. Is there a relatively easy way to install the build that is being discussed here?

I'd like to take it for a test ride, but don't want to compile the build.

It's not very clear, but it's in the download page. Click in "go experimental" and then you have to go to "branch" tab:

    Here is the link: https://builder.blender.org/download/experimental/

[EDIT] Sorry, I think I misunderstood your question and gave a wrong answer. Anyway, I tried another working branch a while ago, and I just had to download it. It was ready to use, no installation needed.
