IfcElementQuantity

   Hi Guys, I have a question:

   the IFC 4.0 specification says:

   "For the quantity set templates included in this specification, the value of MethodOfMeasurement shall be 'BaseQuantities'".

   does this mean that if I use Qto_SlabBaseQuantities for floors, for example, then the MethodOfMeasurement attribute must contain the string BaseQuantities?
