Per the (feb 26th) steering meeting, I've started this thread for open discussion and research around the best legal entity for OSArch.

I volunteer to research 501c. I will post some highlights, here, soonish...

I'll add info to this part of the post for what I can find in europe. So far only charitable foundation how it works in europe
