Gable roof: specify edge angle

    Oh I completely misunderstood, theoryshaw is right, use a void to adjust just that part of the roof its the right approach

Because this is fundamentally a 2d operation, it implies that 1) the eave of the roof is all at the same RL and 2) the slope of the roof is constant. Modifications to produce gable roofs are a post processing task. In theory modifications to slide up the eave RL are also possible but its a bit trickier and not yet implemented.

    In Revit they gave the overhung option to be able to achieve an asymmetric gable but as you've explained I hope that get resolved too. Grateful for your education and well appreciated.
